One of the benefits of using CRM is to measure the achievement of Sales. Supervisor/Manager can monitor sales achievement from time to time in the hope of conducting periodic evaluations to improve their achievements in the future. Supervisor/Manager can fill in targets for Sales users on CRM to measure their achievements. Filling the target at once for more than one person can be done directly in the User Performance menu. The methods are as follows:
Method 1: Through the User Performance Menu
- Click the CRM username in the top right corner.
- Select Profile Settings.
- Select User Performance.
- In the Select Users column, you can select the user whose target you want to set by checking the box to the left of the user's name.
- In the Select Year column, you can select the year for which you want to set the target.
- In the Select Pipeline column, you can select the pipeline whose target you want to set.
- Each month, different targets can be set by filling in the target nominal in the Value column and selecting Currency according to the currency used for payment. If needed, a target can also be set based on the number of deals (sales) made.

Click "Save" at the bottom of the page.
Method 2: Via the Users Menu
Another way to fill in the target user is to fill in the target for each user individually in the Users menu. The method is as follows.

Click on the Name (Email) section of the user whose target you want to set.
- In the User Performance menu, in the Select Year column, you can select the year for which you want to set the target.
- In the Select Pipeline column, you can select the pipeline whose target you want to set.
- Each month, different targets can be set by filling in the target nominal in the Value column and selecting Currency according to the currency used for payment. If needed, a target can also be set based on the number of deals (sales) made.
