How to Reset Password

If you are having trouble logging into your account or want to ensure the security of your CRM account, you can do a  Password Reset  to set a new password.

To set  a password , you can follow these steps.

  1. If you have problems logging into your account, select Forgot Password which is located on the login page.

  2. Enter your account username, and click “Submit”.

  3. Our system will send a password reset link to your e-mail address (according to the e-mail used in CRM) to reset the latest password.
  4. After setting the new password, you can try logging in again.

    If you are having problems not knowing/forgetting your CRM account username, you can contact your organization's Admin to inform them. You can also let us know so we can help.

You can also change your password in Account Settings, in the following way.

  1. Click the arrow located to the right of your username (at the top right of the CRM dashboard).
  2. Select  User Settings.

  3. Select  Account Settings  located on the left side of the settings page.
  4. Fill in the current password, and the new password, and confirm the new password. Then, select  update.

Admin accounts can also help reset passwords on user accounts, by following these steps.

  1. Click the arrow located to the right of your username (at the top right of the CRM dashboard).
  2. Select  User Settings.

  3. You will see a list of user names registered with your company's CRM.
  4. Select the  Reset Password button available on the right of each user account.

  5. Our system will send a password reset link to your e-mail address (according to the e-mail used in CRM) to reset the latest password.

  6. After setting the new password, you can try logging in again.

- Password changes via Settings or Password Reset can only be done on the Web version of the Qontak application.
- In some cases, the use of the forgot Password/Reset Password feature was unsuccessful due to problems with the registered e-mail. If this happens to your CRM account, please contact our consultant or Support team to help with the problem.
