With Qontak, you can report access settings. Previously, reports on Qontak could be accessed by all parties, both subordinates, and cross-teams. You can log in to qontak.com first and to make report access settings, you can go to the User settings menu. This setting will have an impact on the Dashboard Menu where the appearance of the data report displayed will be by the access settings that have been determined. This setting can only be accessed by admin-level users.
Here are the steps for setting up Report Access:
1. Setting up Report Access when Adding Users
- Click the “Profile Settings” menu .
- If you want to add report access settings when adding users, you can click “Add User” on the Users tab.
- Complete your user information.

Then, at the bottom of the form, you can make access settings in the Request Access section and select the available access options.
There are 3 access options, namely:
- Everything: Reports displayed are from all parties.
- Team Only: Can only see reports from the results of the team's activities.
- Owned Only: Can only see reports of the user's activity. - You can also grant access to download the report, by making sure the toggle button is ON.
- Click “Create User” to save the user.
2. Making Changes to Report Access Settings in Units
- If you want to change the report access settings for an existing user, you can go to the “Profile Settings” menu .
- Select the User Permissions tab and select a user name.
- Select the User Permissions tab and select Report Access .

Then, you can directly make a report Access settings in this section.
There are 3 access options, namely:
- Everything: Reports displayed are from all parties.
- Team Only: Can only see reports from the results of the team's activities.
- Owned Only: Can only see reports of the user's activity. - You can also grant access to download the report, by making sure the toggle button is ON .
- Click “Update User” to save changes.
3. Making Changes to Report Access Settings in Units
- If you want to update the report access settings in bulk, you can go to the “Profile Settings” menu .
- Select the User Permissions tab .
- Select the Report Access tab .

Then, do the Report Access settings in this section.
There are 3 access options, namely:
- Everything: Reports displayed are from all parties.
- Team Only: Can only see reports from the results of the team's activities.
- Owned Only: Can only see reports of the user's activity. - You can also grant access to download the report, by making sure the toggle button is ON .
- Then, select the username listed here.
- Click “Save” to save changes.
