All reports in Qontak CRM can also be downloaded on your computer or on your laptop. Downloading reports in Qontak CRM can be done in two ways; for example, you can download the report in the Dashboard feature or in the Report feature. Here are the steps you take when you want to download a report on the Dashboard
- Select the Dashboard menu then select the sub report you want to download the report for, then click the three line button on the right side of the sub report. You can download the report on your computer or laptop, PDF version or Excel version.

All reports in your dashboard can be adjusted to your needs by customizing them through the Reports menu.
