The Trend Report Type Explanation

In Qontak, you can add several types of reports, one of which is Trend. In the Trend Report type, there are several types of reports that you can choose according to your needs. To add a trend Report type, click the report menu and select trends. The following is an explanation of the trend Report types in Qontak.

1. Customer Sales Trends

The Customer Sales Trends report displays the number of deals (Value) associated with the Company and grouped by month. The deals were moved to Stage Won. This report is displayed in the form of a histogram and also has additional filters, namely year and company name.

2. Product Sales Trends

The Product Sales Trends report displays Product data added in the Deal and grouped by month. The Deal is moved to the Won stage. This report is displayed in a histogram with different colors; blue for the total amount of product (Value) in the Deal and orange for the total number of Products (Count) in the Deal. This report has additional filters; the year and Product name.

3. Top Companies

The Top Companies report displays company rankings based on the total number of Deals (Count) and the total amount of Deals (Value) associated with the Company in the selected period from the filter bar on the CRM Dashboard, this report is displayed in tabular form. The deals that are counted in this report are those that are in Stage Won. The currency displayed is the default currency selected by the User.

4. Top Products

The Top Products report displays Product ratings based on the total number of Products (Quantity) and the total amount of products (Volume) associated with Deals in the selected period, this report is displayed in tabular form. The products that are counted in this report are the Products in the Deal that are in Stage Won. The currency displayed is the default currency selected by the User.

5. Deals by Stage by Time

The Deals by Stage by Time report displays the total Deal data (Value & Count) grouped by stage and month period with the graph displayed in the form of a histogram. If the cursor is directed to a different color in the graph, details appear in the form of the number of Deals (Count) on the Stage in the Pipeline, the total amount of Deals (Value), and the percentage of the number of Deals compared to the total Deal in that month.
