The User Management function on Qontak One allows you to add, modify, and delete existing users. Additionally, you can monitor the user quota. Please note that only the Admin role has access to this feature. For more details, see the explanation below.
A. Users Page Overview

B. How to Add (Invite) a New User
- Log in to your Qontak One account, then select the “Settings” menu.
- Next, choose the “Account” sub-menu and click the “Users” tab.
- You will then be directed to the Users page. On this page, click “Invite users”.
- Next, fill in all the available fields. Below are the descriptions for each field.

- If all the required information has been filled in, click “Invite user.”

The newly created user data will then appear on the next page. The initial status will be “Pending.” Please wait a moment until the status changes to “Active.”
In this case, the Working status of the newly added user will be “-”. This is because the user has just been added and there is no sign-in history on the account yet.
C. How to Upgrade the User Quota for Adding New Users
- Log in to your Qontak One account, then select the “Settings” menu.
- Next, choose the “Account” sub-menu and click the “Users” tab.
- On the Users page in Qontak One, the following notification will appear if your user quota has run out. You can click “Contact support” to reach us, or directly click “Upgrade quota.”
D. How to Edit and Delete User
- To edit a user’s data, click “Actions” on one of the added users.
- Then click “View details.”
- You will be directed to the Edit user page. Make the edits on this page. Once you’re sure the data is correct, click “Save changes.”
- A notification pop-up will appear indicating that the user’s data has been successfully edited.
- To delete a user, click “Actions” on one of the users in the list.
- Then choose “Delete.”
A confirmation pop-up will appear. Before deleting a user, you must transfer that user’s data to another team member already connected to those data. Then click “Delete user & transfer data.”
- A pop-up notification will show that the user data has been successfully deleted and transferred to another user.
