B. How to Add a Role on Qontak One

  1. Log in to your Qontak One account, then select the “Settings” menu.
  2. Next, choose the “Account” sub-menu and click the “Roles” tab.
  3. Then, on the following page, click “Create role.”
  4. Next, on the “Create role” page, specify the Role name, Description (description of the corresponding role), and Access, which consists of Admin, Supervisor, and Member.

  5. Next, configure the Feature permissions. In this case, you can specify which features can be accessed or used by a person according to their role or responsibilities within the system.

    - For example, as shown in the image above, the Admin role has access rights to use the features available in the Campaign menu.
    - Duplicate role names are not allowed.

  6. Then click “Save.”

  7. Next, the role you created will appear on the following page.

C. How to Edit a Role on Qontak One

  1. Click “Actions” on one of the roles you have created.
  2. Then select “Edit.”

  3. Next, update the role according to your needs. Ensure all information is correct, then click “Save changes.”

  4. A notification pop-up will appear indicating that the changes have been successfully saved.

D. How to Delete a Role on Qontak One

  1. Click “Actions” on one of the roles you have created.

  1. Then select “Delete”.
  2. A confirmation pop-up will appear. Before you can delete the role, you must move all users associated with it to another role by clicking “Select role.” Then click “Delete” to proceed.

  3. Another pop-up will appear indicating that the role has been successfully deleted.
