The Loyalty Section is displayed on the right sidebar of the Customer Details page and shows loyalty data synchronized from Officeless Loyalty. This section can be accessed by all users who have permission to open the Customer Details page. If the customer is not registered in the loyalty program, the system will display an empty state, so loyalty information is not available.
