You can now update contacts in bulk in CRM. This is possible if you already have a large contact list and want to upload it quickly. Here are the steps.

Log in to your CRM account and select the Contacts menu.
Click "Add Contact" then "Bulk Update Contacts".
You will be directed to the following screen. First, upload the contact data previously saved in Qontak CRM by clicking "Download".
You will then be directed to the main Contacts page in the "Download" section. Click "Download all with details" to download all the detailed contact data.

Fill in the following fields.
- Columns marked "Do Not Modify" do not need to be filled in or changed.
- When uploading data, you can now delete columns or fields that do not need to be updated.
- You can also add new data simultaneously by using blank rows without a Slug-ID.
- Other notes:
1. The "Address (Google Map)" column cannot be updated directly in the sheet.
2. Columns of "media" type cannot have their data updated directly with URL links.
3. The maximum number of rows is limited to 7,000.
4. The maximum file size is limited to 25 MB.
5. For data associations such as Deals, Companies, and Tickets:
a. Secondary companies cannot be updated.
b. The system only recognizes Slug-ID as an identifier. Then upload the contact data by clicking "Choose file" Ensure all the data is correct, then click "Upload".

The following notification will appear indicating that your data has been successfully uploaded.
You will receive notifications in the following displays:
1. The main Contacts page.
2. Qontak notifications.
3. Email.
4. The Submenu Upload/Download, which can be accessed through the Properties menu.. You can monitor the progress of the Contact data update on this page.
