In Mekari Qontak CRM, there is a Help Text feature that provides a short instruction to assist users in creating or editing the Deals data format. Here are the steps.
- Log in to your CRM account then select the "Properties" menu.
- Then click the “Deals” tab.
- Then click “Update Properties for Deals”.
- Next, on the following page, click "Create property".
- Then, select the "Add help text" toggle and type the information or instruction you want to offer. You can write a maximum of 135 characters.
- Then click "Save".
- The help text that has been created will be displayed under the following column when you create or edit Deals.
- You can also add Help text to an existing column without creating a new one by directly clicking "Edit" on the column where the Help text will be added.
