How to Create Conditional Formatting for Property Deals

Mekari Qontak introduces a feature that will make it easier for you to create Deals Properties in conditional format. This Conditional format feature is designed to help you in reducing errors that may occur while configuring property forms based on your business requirements. Look over the explanation in the steps below.

Important
Conditional format only applies to Deals and Websites.

  1. Log in to your CRM account, then select the Properties menu.
  2. Then select the “Deals” tab.

  3. Next, click "Create property" then select "Add conditional property" to create a new conditional property in Deals.

  4. On the following page, select Parent property first.

  5. Also select the Child property (branch property) for the available Parent property. You can select a category for each Child property option. Select "All options" for all categories or select Selected options only for certain category options.

    - Once a category is defined as a parent, it cannot be redefined as a parent or branch.
    - If a category has already been specified as a branch property, it cannot be allocated again. However, the category can still be used as a parent property in future Conditional formatting. - If a parent property option is not mapped to a branch property, the user will see a 'error' status after clicking "Save".

  6. Then click "Save".

  7. Then the Conditional format will be visible in the Conditional properties section as in the following display.

  8. The conditional format that has been created can be applied when creating Deals.
