After setting the knowledge and instructions to the AI, you can then activate the AI in the conversation you have created in the Chatbot menu. Here are the steps.
- Enter the Chatbot menu.
- Then, click the “Conversations” tab.
- Select the Conversation you want to apply AI.
- Then, click “Default fallback”.
- Slide the AI response toggle to activate AI in the conversation and click "Save changes".
- Then the AI has been successfully applied and click "Publish" to save.
