How to Enable AI in Chatbots

After setting the knowledge and instructions to the AI, you can then activate the AI ​​in the conversation you have created in the Chatbot menu. Here are the steps.

  1. Enter the Chatbot menu.
  2. Then, click the “Conversations” tab.
  3. Select the Conversation you want to apply AI.
  4. Then, click “Default fallback”.
  5. Slide the AI ​​response toggle to activate AI in the conversation and click "Save changes".
  6. Then the AI ​​has been successfully applied and click "Publish" to save.
