Currently, Qontak CRM Live location functionality allows you to track attendance and location separately. In this situation, you have three options for using the live location, such as:

A. How to Set Live Location with the Tracking Feature

  1. Click the arrow located to the right of your username (at the top right of the CRM dashboard) and select the Profile settings menu.
  2. Then click “Live location” and activate the “Live tracking” and “Multiple live location” toggle.

    - When the "Live tracking" toggle is turned on, there will be 3 live tracking intensities that you can choose in the Tracking intensity column, such as:
    a. Intensive tracking: High level of tracking intensity but will cause a drain on battery power.
    b. Standard tracking: Stable tracking intensity with minimal battery power consumption.
    c. Battery-saver tracking: Reduces tracking intensity, but saves battery power.
    - When Live tracking is active, the 'Multiple live locations' option will automatically be active but in a locked state. This means that if you use Live tracking, you can automatically record several trips both at check-in and check-out.
