User balance information is currently available on the Mekari Qontak Omnichannel. This information might let you track user balance developments in greater depth via the User Package menu. The steps are as follows.

1. Go to the Package user menu.
2. Then click "View details".
   
3. Then the following display will appear.
   
   

   No	Feature Name	Explanation
   	Initial balance	The initial balance contains the user's remaining balance from your package. Notes: - Number on the left hand side represents remaining initial balance. - Number on the right hand side represents total initial balance.
   	Additional balance	Additional balance which contains the user's remaining balance from add-ons. Notes: - Number on the left hand side represents remaining initial balance. - Number on the right hand side represents  total initial balance.
   	Total remaining balance	Total remaining balance.
