We recommend that you close/resolve conversations started since September 2022 to prevent Room Chat from not appearing when a customer chats back.
Case:The disruption is in the form of Room Chat that is more than a period of 1 year will be automatically archived by the system, this causes Room Chat that has not been resolved or resolved within that time frame to not appear in the Inbox when the customer chats back.
Solusi:
- We encourage you to resolved Room Chat created within a period of more than 1 year to prevent Room Chat from not appearing when sending chat again.
- Mekari Qontak has also extended the data visibility period to 2 years, so now you can flexibly view Room Chat history and Room Chats that have not been entered will automatically reappear.
Important
Currently, you can only view Qontak Chatpanel data for a period of 1 year. Here are the details:
1. Inbox and Notification menu
- The Notification bell only shows notifications within a period of less than 7 days.
2. Contact Menu
- Conversation Log will only display Chat Rooms in a period of less than 1 year.
- Assign Agent will only display agent list for less than 1 year.
- All agent activities in the Chat Room will be stored for 3 months.
3. Report menu: will only display data for a period of less than 1 year.
4. API: only accessible for data and history less than 1 year old.
