How To Manage Call History

Qontak CRM has a feature that saves all the calls you have made with Bizphone. All of these calls are stored on the Calls page. You can perform several actions such as downloading phone history, playing and downloading phone recordings, and deleting them.

Here are the steps.

  1. Click on the “Call logs” icon located here.
  2. Then, you will be directed to the call history page where you can manage it.
    No. Name of Button/Column Description
    1 Filter Click to filter call history.
    2 Search bar Take advantage of the search bar to search for a particular call history.
    3 Downloads Click to download the history of calls that have been made with the choice of downloading all or based on what you have previously filtered.
    4 Play recording Click to replay the recorded call.
    5 Download recording Click to download the call recording.
    6 Delete Click to delete the history along with the recording.
