Overview Menu Tickets

Through Qontak CRM, you can manage tickets through several stages (stages). You can also set the priority scale of the tickets for the urgency of certain issues. This feature helps track the process in the customer service workflow. Here is an overview of the Tickets menu.

  1. In your Qontak CRM, go to the Tickets menu.

  2. Then, a page like the following will be displayed.

    1 Ticket Filter Tab Groups tickets based on certain categories. Learn more about ticket filtering here.
    2 Download

    Click this button to download tickets.

    • You can download tickets in Table View or Board View mode.
    • Here is the display for downloading tickets in Table View mode:
    • You can download tickets individually or in bulk by checking the checkbox that appears.

    3 Create ticket Click this button to create a new ticket. You can learn how to create a new ticket here.
    4 Ticket pipeline This column describes which tickets are displayed.
    5 Filter

    You can filter tickets more specifically based on:

    • Stage
    • Priority
    • Reporter
    • Assignee
    • Created date
    • Last activity date
    • Test Ticket Field
    • Test
    • Category
    • SLA Target

    And Associated with:

    • Contact
    • Company
    • Product
    • Task
    6 Board view/Table view Click these buttons to change the ticket list display to boxes in columns (board) or list (table).
    7 Search bar Use this field to search for a specific ticket.
    8 Ticket list

    Shows information about the list of tickets that have been created such as:

    - Ticket name
    - Ticket ID 
    - Stage where the ticket is located
    - Ticket priority
    - Ticket SLA target

    You can hover the cursor to see details of the set SLA target.
    - Due date
    - Assignee showing to whom the ticket is assigned.
    - Last activity related to the ticket.

    9 Actions Contains action buttons to Edit, Duplicate, and Delete tickets.
