Mekari Qontak wants to ensure the convenience of the MUV Top Up process and ensure that the process always fits your needs. Currently, Mekari Qontak provides two options for you when you want to top up your MUV, namely Self Top Up via the Qontak Chat dashboard and Manual Top Up via Customer Support.
We have developed the MUV Manual Top Up process through Customer Support. Here is the latest mechanism that you need to pay attention to:
- You can split the MUV Top Up a maximum of 2x in 1 Sales Order by informing the MUV usage date period (can be used within 2 months from the date the sales order is made). For dates that have been submitted cannot be changed / rescheduled again. If in an urgent situation, you can do a Self Top Up or make a request for a new Sales Order back to our Customer Support Hotline.
- When making a Manual Top Up request, you must inform the Top Up scheme that will be carried out, namely the split scheme or in full amount.
- Inform our Customer Support by showing your Company ID from the dashboard that will be given the Top Up to avoid any errors during the Top Up process.
