How to Export Report List of Conversations

On Qontak Omnichannel, you can download reports from a list of conversations that are still ongoing and have occurred. Following are the steps for exporting a report list of conversations on the Qontak Omnichannel.

  1. Log in to your Omnichannel Qontak.
  2. Go to Report menu.
  3. Then, select General menu.

  4. At the bottom of the page you will see the List of Conversations table.
  5. To download the report, click the “Download” icon.

  6. Then you will be redirected to the following page. Click "Export" to continue.

  7. On the List of Conversation card, click “Export” to export.

  8. Then you will be redirected to an export filter page like this. Select Period, Channel and Division then click "Export".

  9. Next you will be redirected to the following page indicating that the export is being processed. On this page, you can also see information about the export report such as File Name, Exporter, Export Date and Status.

    There are 2 types of status when exporting, viz:
    - in progress: Export is still in process.
    - Completed: Export has been completed.

  10. If the export process is successful, you will get a notification email like this.
