How to use Mekari Airene on Qontak

In Qontak, Mekari Airene is now available. Mekari Airene is an AI from Mekari that can be used to paraphrase and create summaries from chats, making it easier for you to communicate with customers, quickly check conversation rooms, and translate chats into English, if needed.

Here are the steps:

A. Paraphrasing with Mekari Airene

  1. Log in to your Omnichannel Qontak account.
  2. Then on the chat page, you can write the message you want to send to the customer.
  3. You can click the Mekari Airene icon to paraphrase and the options Improve writing, Make it longer and translate to English will appear.

    - Improve writing: Use to make the sentence more effective.
    - Make it longer: Use to lengthen the sentence of your message.
    - Translate to English: Use to translate the language to English.

  4. If you choose one of the options displayed, a pop-up will appear like this, which contains a recommendation sentence from Mekari Airene.

    - Responses or suggestions from Mekari Airene are not always correct, and may provide inaccurate or inappropriate answers.
    - Mekari Airene gets better with user feedback, so please rate your responses and mark things that you think are inaccurate.

  5. You can also click “Improve” to improve the writing tone.

    - Friendly: To change the sentence to be friendly.
    - Semiformal: To change a sentence to semiformal.
    - Formal (default): To change a sentence to formal.
    - Longer sentences: To change sentences to be longer.
    You can also change the Tone settings via the Mekari Airene tab in the Settings menu.

  6. Click “Regenerate” to search for other sentence options.

  7. After finding the right sentence, click "Use this writing" and check again the sentence you want to send. For your information, you can still change the recommendation sentence given by Mekari Airene and press the Enter key to send the message.

B. Summarizing the Conversation with Mekari Airene

  1. To create the summary of the conversation, you can first resolve the conversation with the customer by clicking "Resolve".
  2. Then click "Resolved".
  3. After that, you can click "Summarize this conversation" to create a summary of your conversation with the customer.

    If this is your first time using the Summarize this conversation feature, the display that appears is as follows. Click "Try Mekari Airene" to create the summary.

  4. Here's how the summary looks like.

    - Responses or suggestions from Mekari Airene are not always correct, and may provide inaccurate or inappropriate answers.
    - Mekari Airene will get better through user feedback, please rate the responses and mark things that you think are inaccurate.

  5. You can also see the summary and sentiment from the summary that has been created in the List of Conversation section of the General Report.
  6. To see a summary of the conversation, click the “comment bubble” icon.
  7. And the summary will look like this.
