How to Try Free Qontak CRM and Omnichannel Accounts

You can try the Qontak Omnichannel and CRM apps before subscribing. You can use this opportunity for free for 15 days for CRM and 30 days for Omnichannel.

Here's how to get access:

  1. On your desktop, go to and click “Free trial”.
  2. Then, you are asked to fill in the following information.
    - Full Name: Fill in your full name, or your company's PIC. 
    - Company Email: Enter a work email with your company domain/PIC. 
    - Mobile Phone Number: Enter your mobile number/PIC. - Company Name: Enter your company name. 
    - Job Title: Fill in according to your position in your company. 
    - Industry: Select your Industry. 
    - Company Size: Select your company size.
  3. Then, click “Get a Free Demo Account”.
  4. Then, a notification like an image below will appear on top of the site page.
  5. The notification as shown below indicates that the demo account credentials have been sent to your email. Please check your email.
  6. In your email, you will receive an email from us that contains the following credentials. Click "Create password".
  7. Then, you are asked to enter a new password in the "New Password" column and retype it in the "Confirm New Password" column . Click "Reset Password" when appropriate.
  8. Then, enter your email address in "Email" and your password in the "Password" field. Then, click "Sign In".
