In Qontak CRM, there is a Mekari Insight menu that you can use to access reports that can be customized to your company's needs. However, before that, you need to request the creation of Mekari Insight first to the Qontak team.
Important
- Users can view Mekari Insight data based on the permissions given to them. This ensures that users only see data that is relevant to their level of access in the organization. In CRM, there are three roles that are closely related to permissions:
1. Admin: Users who are assigned the Admin role have full permissions (not customizable) to access all data in CRM without any team restrictions. This means they can view and change data in all modules, including Transactions, Contacts, Companies, and others without restrictions.
2. Member: Users who are assigned the Member role can have specific permissions. Admins can set the access level to All, Team Only, or Owned Only for each module, such as Transactions, Contacts, Companies, etc. This allows them to customize their data visibility according to their specific needs and responsibilities.
3. Agent: Users assigned the Agent role are similar to Members, admins can set their access level to All, Team Only, or Owned Only for each module, such as Transactions, Contacts, Companies, etc.
- Access to Mekari Insight is determined by the company's subscription status. Companies with active subscriptions can view and interact with Mekari Insight reports.
