How to Change Qontak CRM Personal Information

If you want to change personal information, such as your full name and telephone number, from your Qontak account, you can access it through User Settings.

Follow these steps:

  1. Log into your CRM Qontak account.
  2. Then click on your Qontak account name on the top right and select User Settings.

  3. Select your account.

    You can only change personal information on your own account.

  4. Then your personal information will be displayed, and click "Edit" to make changes

  5. Then you will be redirected to the Mekari Account page, Info pribadi tab.
  6. Click “Ubah” on the information you want to change.

    The email address you gave at the start of the account registration process cannot be changed. Email can be replaced by deleting the old account and creating a new one with the new email address.
