After creating a conversation flow, managing user input, setting a default fallback and additional settings on the Qontak Chatbot, you can publish the conversation flow that has been created. Here are the steps.
- Enter the Chatbot menu.
- Select a conversation you want to publish.
You can only publish chatbots that have the Unpublished status.
- After that, click "Manage" and then click Publish.
The conversation can be published once it is resolved.
