After creating a conversation flow, managing user input, setting a default fallback and additional settings on the Qontak Chatbot, you can publish the conversation flow that has been created. Here are the steps.

Enter the Chatbot menu.

Select a conversation you want to publish.
You can only publish chatbots that have the Unpublished status.

After that, click "Actions" and then click "Publish".
The conversation can be published once it is resolved.
