You can take advantage of the Referral Program provided by Mekari Qontak to gain benefits for both you and your colleagues.

Simply share your personal referral link to earn rewards in the form of a commission or subscription discount for Mekari Qontak, once your colleague has successfully subscribed for at least three months.

A. How to Register for the Referral Program

To receive commissions from the Mekari Referral Program, you must first create an account. Here’s how to register for the Mekari Referral Program:

  1. Click here to access the registration page for the Mekari Qontak Referral Program. 

  2. Enter your Email address and select the Mekari Qontak product.

  3. Fill in the following details: Full Name, Phone Number, Company Name, Employee Size Category, Position, and Domicile.

  4. Click “Next.”

  5. Also complete the detailed information, including the type of identification card, identification number, and a physical copy of your ID (maximum file size 1 MB). If you are an individual, use your ID card (KTP) as your identification, and if you represent a company, select the company’s tax ID (NPWP Badan). Then, fill in your account name, account number, bank name, and bank branch — the bank account information must match your identification data.

  6. If you are a Mekari product user, check the Mekari products you currently use. If not, skip this step.

  7. If you’ve used similar software before, mention its name and let us know where you heard about the Mekari Referral Program.

  8. Click “Submit”.

You can click “Back” to revise your data or “Submit” if all information is correct. By clicking “Submit,” you agree to the applicable policies.

9. Once registration is complete, you will receive an email with the subject “Welcome to the Mekari Referral Program!”

Follow the instructions in the email and log in using your email address and the temporary password provided (for first-time sign-in). You will then be redirected to the Mekari Referral Dashboard.

 

B. How to Use the Mekari Partner Platform

The Mekari Partner Platform is a system designed to help manage lead data submitted by Referral Agents. Through this platform, agents can easily input, monitor, and track the progress of each lead they refer.

This platform promotes transparency and efficiency in distributing potential clients (Leads) between Referral Agents and the internal Mekari team, ensuring that every sales opportunity is maximized. With its intuitive interface and real-time tracking features, the Mekari Partner Platform enhances collaboration, data accuracy, and productivity across the entire partner network.

After successfully registering as a Referral Agent, you will be directed to sign in to the Mekari Partner Platform via email. Follow the steps below to sign in:

  1. Find the email with the subject “Welcome to the Mekari Referral Program!”

  2. Sign in at partners.mekari.com

  3. Enter your email and password (use the temporary password from your email for first-time login).

  4. Click “Sign In”.

There are four menus available on the Mekari Partner Platform, namely:

1. Dashboard Menu

The Dashboard is the main page of the Mekari Partner Platform, containing key information and quick-access buttons to other features.

The following is an overview of the Dashboard menu on the Mekari Partner Platform.

2. Program Menu

This menu displays the progress of referral programs for each Mekari product you are participating in. To access it, click Program on the left menu. You can also view detailed information for each program through the View Details button.

The following is an overview of the Program menu and how to view the details of a referral program.

3. Commission Menu

This menu contains an overview of your commission transactions for each referral program.

Important
Currently, the Commission feature is integrated only with the Mekari Jurnal referral program. You can contact our team to check your commission status.

5. Term of payment

Displays the payment method or scheme used by the customer for the transaction.
There are two types of Terms of Payment:

  • Full payment: the customer makes a full payment upfront.
  • Termin: the customer pays in stages according to the agreed payment schedule.

This information helps determine when the commission can be calculated and paid, as commissions are usually processed only after the payment (either full or partial) has been received.

6.  Paid this period Amount paid within the current period.
7.   Gross commission Total commission before tax
8.   Net commission Commission after tax deduction.
9.   Status

Current commission status.


Commission Status Descriptions:
- In Tax Review: Commission under tax review.
- Awaiting Granted: Commission pending approval.
- Tax Rejected: Tax review failed.
- Commission Rejected: Commission payment failed.
- Commission Granted: Commission approved.
- In Disbursement: Commission is being processed for payout.
- Paid:Commission successfully paid.
- Failed:Payment failed.
- No Status: No status available.

4. Profile Menu

The Profile menu contains information such as your personal data, payment details, and password change options for your account. The following is an overview of the Profile menu on the Mekari Partner Platform.

5. Change Password Menu

You can change the password of your Mekari Partner Platform account through the Profile menu.

Here are the steps:

  1. Go to the Profile menu.

  2. Click Change Password.

  3. A “Change Password” pop-up will then appear, containing fields for your current password, new password, and password confirmation that you can fill in.

    Important
    Password requirements:
    - Minimum 8 characters.
    - Maximum 70 characters.
    - At least 1 uppercase letter.
    - At least 1 lowercase letter.
    - At least 1 number.
    - At least 1 special character (e.g., ! _ @).

  4. Click "Save Changes" to update your password.


    If you forget your password and can’t log in, contact our team via WhatsApp to request a password reset. 

C. How to Register Your Referral Leads

After registering yourself on the Mekari Partner Platform (MPP), the next step in your referral journey is to register your leads. Leads refer to potential clients or prospects who are interested in using Mekari products.

This process allows you to connect potential clients with Mekari solutions that best fit their needs, while also giving you the opportunity to earn a commission for each successfully converted lead.

In addition to speeding up the process for the Mekari team, registering leads also ensures that all referrals are officially recorded in the system, so you don’t lose any potential commission from your successful referrals.

You can register your leads in two ways:

  • Melalui link referral Anda

  • Melalui fitur Add New Leads pada Mekari Partner Platform

Through Your Referral Link

  1. Sign in to partners.mekari.com/sign-in

  2. Click Program, then View Details on the program you joined.

  1. Your referral link is shown on the right side under Referral Link.

    You can click the copy icon and paste or apply it in your browser.

  1. Fill in the PIC and Company details on the Lead form.

  2. The Mekari team will contact your Lead once the data is submitted.

Through the “Add New Lead” Feature

  1. Sign in to partners.mekari.com/sign-in

  2. Click “Add New Lead” on the top right corner.

  3. Fill in the company data you wish to refer.

  4. Click “Submit.” The Mekari team will automatically process your lead.
