To protect the security of your Mekari Qontak account, the system will automatically log you out after a certain period of inactivity. This feature is crucial to prevent unauthorized access, especially if you are using a shared device or in case your device is lost or stolen.

Below is how it works on each platform:

Web Application

This feature applies when you use the application through a browser on your computer.

• Omnichannel Web App
  1. If you are inactive for 1 hour, you will be automatically logged out of your account.
  2.The 1-hour timer will reset each time you interact with the application.

• CRM Web App
  1. If you are inactive for 6 hours, you will be automatically logged out, adjusted to support longer work sessions.
  2. The 6-hour timer will reset each time you interact with the CRM.

Aplikasi Mobile

Qontak Chat Mobile App

There is no automatic logout mechanism on Qontak Mobile.

The mobile chat app uses an auto-refresh token feature, so you will not be forcefully logged out while the app is running in the background.
