Currently, Package Usage manages Voice Call Billing, which is used for voice conversations, such as WhatsApp calls. When using it, you need to pay attention to the voice call balance quota that has been made. Therefore, the WhatsApp Call feature will reduce your Voice Balance because WhatsApp Calls will become part of the Voice Calls. Here are the steps for managing Package Usage.

Important
- The WhatsApp Call feature is still in Beta. The appearance of this WhatsApp Call balance will not affect all users.
- his feature will only affect users who have activated the WhatsApp Call feature. If you wish to activate this feature, please contact our support team first.

  1. Log in to your Qontak Omnichannel account.

  2. Select the Package Usage menu and click "Conversation".
  3. You will then be directed to the following page. If you activate the WhatsApp Call feature, your Voice Balance quota will appear in the Package usage column. Click the "question mark" icon below to view the balance details.
  4. In the Voice balance details, you will see the Initial balance, Additional balance, and Total balance, or the accumulated sum of the Initial and Additional balances.

  5. Here are the price and deduction notes for using WhatsApp Calls:

The deduction will be calculated based on minutes.
Example: 2s Call → The Client's Voice Balance will be deducted by 1 minute.
Currently, we will only sell based on the minute price. There are two types of calls:
    - Inbound Calls → Calls initiated by the Customer.
    - Outbound Calls → Calls initiated by you.
    Prices:
    - Inbound Calls with Indonesian Numbers: Rp0/minute.
    - Outbound Calls with Indonesian Numbers: Rp345.39/minute.

  6. Outbound calls will have a balance limit. If your Voice balance falls below the limit, calls cannot be made.

Clients can make incoming calls without a balance.
