How to View Service Quality Score Report

On Qontak, you can see SQS or Service Quality Score through the Report menu. This feature makes it easy for you to see the overall report of the Agent service quality assessment from a company on just one page. For more details, see the following steps and explanations.

  1. Enter the Report menu.
  2. Then select Agent performance, and click the "Quality scoring" tab.
  3. Then you will be directed to the following page.

1 Date range To filter reports based on a certain time range.
2 Service Quality Score Displays the value obtained by the Agent.
3 Service Quality Score Daily Graphic Details of the Service Quality value graph obtained by the Agent per day.
  1. In addition, there is a Service Quality Score graph per Parameter based on the number of Rooms that passed and did not pass.
  2. there is also a Service Quality Score graph per Parameter based on the percentage of Rooms that passed and did not pass.
  3. Then there is a Service Quality Score report per Agent which displays detailed information on the value obtained by the Agent in the form of a graph.
  4. Furthermore, there is a Service Quality Score report per Agent and Parameter which displays detailed data on Parameter Name and the percentage of Rooms that passed and did not pass based on these parameters.
