WhatsApp Call Outbound is a call system made to customers through Mekari Qontak. Usually this call is in the form of an explanation of a product's information, promotions, or providing solutions to problems that occur. Important!
WhatsApp Outbound Call has a usage quota called ‘Voice balance’. Please always pay attention to the usage quota. If the quota runs out, please contact your Admin to do a Top-up.

  1. Log in to your Omnichannel account, then select the Inbox menu.
  2. Then click the "Message" tab and select one of the chat rooms.
  3. After you get approval to make a call request, then click the 'call' icon below.

    If the 'Voice balance' has run out, please contact your Admin to do a Top-up.

  4. The following is a display when a call is in progress.

    - You can click "Mute" or "Unmute" your voice by clicking the microphone icon below.
