WhatsApp now has a Flow function, which allows users to capture data from their WhatsApp conversation groups. - Please contact our internal team in order to create WhatsApp Flow.
- WhatsApp Flow application on Chatbot can only be done by Admin and SPV roles.
- Log in to your Omnichannel account, then select the Chatbot menu.
- Then click the "Conversation" tab.
- Select one of the Conversation name.
- Then click the following add icon, then select "Form".
- Then determine the WhatsApp flow template that was previously created on the WhatsApp Business Manager page. Here you will see a preview of the form that has been created. Click "Next" to continue.
- In the next step, fill in the Bot response name, Header text, Message content, Button text, and Next action.
- Then click "Save".
- Then the Form that has been created will appear on the following page.
- WA Flow that is sent automatically from Chatbot will be displayed in the conversation room in the form of a Bubble message. The WA Flow message will contain the title, description, and the response status is 'Awaiting submission'.
- Next, after the customer fills in the form, the "View submitted data" button will appear on the Bubble message. Click the button, then you will see the answer to the form that the customer has filled in.
- To be able to export feedback forms, you can go to the Report menu. Then click the "Export" tab.
- Then click “Export”.
- Then re-determine the Form template, form collection period, and the type of Form export you want. Then click "Export".
- To be able to see other form history, click "View export history".
