Through Mekari Qontak, you can send interactive forms that customers can access and fill out directly within WhatsApp. This feature uses WhatsApp Flows, which allow customers to complete various activities such as entering data, registration, surveys, or orders without needing to leave WhatsApp.
WhatsApp Flows can be sent via the Mekari Qontak Chatbot feature, where you can specify which form to send according to the intent of the incoming conversation as read by the Chatbot.
To apply WhatsApp Flow on the Mekari Qontak Chatbot page, see the detailed explanation below.
Important
- Contact our internal team first to be able to create WhatsApp Flow.
- The flow used must be registered and published through WhatsApp Manager > Account Tools > Flows.
- Submission results can only be accessed if the Flow is sent through a Chatbot trigger. Submission from Flows sent outside the Chatbot cannot be accessed.
- WhatsApp Flows from Ads are not yet integrated, so submission data from Ads cannot yet be pulled into Qontak or accessed through the Meta dashboard. To ensure customer responses can be recorded, use the Chatbot as the trigger for sending Flows. Learn more about Flows from Ads.
- Log into your Mekari Qontak account, then select the Chatbot menu.
- Then click the “Conversation” tab.
- Select one Conversation name.
- Then click the add icon below, then select “Form”.
- Next, choose the WhatsApp flow template that was previously created on the WhatsApp Business Manager page. Here you will see a preview of the form that has been created. Click “Next” to continue.
- In the next step, fill in the Bot response name, Header text, Message content, Button text, and Next action.
- Then click “Save” to save.
- The form you created will then appear on the next page.
- The WA Flow sent automatically from the Chatbot will be displayed in the conversation space as a Bubble message. The WA Flow message will contain a title, description, and the response status will be ‘Awaiting submission’.
- Next, after the customer fills out the form, a “View submitted data” button will appear on the Bubble message. Click that button, and you will see the answers from the form filled out by the customer.
- To export the feedback form, go to the Report menu. Then click the “Export” tab.
- Then click “Export”.
- Then specify again the Form template, form collection period, and the type of Form export you want. Next, click “Export”.
- To view other form history, click “View export history”.
