Typically, you will have more time to complete tasks such as registration, ordering, and so on because our Chatbot function will prompt you based on the form that has to be completed. This flow can be handled by a chatbot, however if you want to speed up lead gathering, the chatbot should implement WhatsApp Flow so that all leads receive a single bot response.
For this reason, we implement a new type of Bot response on the Tree Diagram called Form to maximize the user experience in creating Chatbot Flow and maximize your experience when applying Chatbot. This also aims to create more interactive communication with Chatbot on the WhatsApp channel. In the following explanation, you will learn how to apply Flow Bot Response to Tree Diagram starting from the Greetings section, in the diagram, to configuring the next Bot Response. A. How to Make Form Responses as Greetings
- Log in to your Omnichannel account, then select the Chatbot menu.
- Then select the “Conversation” tab.
- Then select one of the existing Conversation names.
- Then click the “add icon” in the following Greetings section.
- Then determine the WhatsApp flow template that was previously created on the WhatsApp Business Manager page. Here you will see a preview of the form that has been created. Click "Next".
- In the next step, fill in the Bot response name, Header text, Message content, Button text, and Next action.
- Next, click “Save”.
- Then the form that has been created will appear on the following page.
- Click “Preview conversation” to preview the conversation that has been created.
- Then do a test conversation. For example, click “Halo” in the following conversation column, then click “Send button”.
- Next, the Bot response that has been created will appear. Click “Continue”.
- Then the following notification will appear stating that the preview will display the selected form template from WhatsApp Business Manager from the customer side. Click “Submit” to continue the chatbot flow.
- Then the next response will appear on the following display after the customer submits the form.
B. How to Create Form Responses in a Tree Diagram (not in greetings)
- In the following tree diagram, click the plus icon, then select Form.
- Then determine the WhatsApp flow template that was previously created on the WhatsApp Business Manager page. Here you will see a preview of the form that has been created. Click "Next" to continue.
- In the next step, fill in the Bot response name, Header text, Message content, Button text, and Next action.
- Next, click "Save".
- Then the form that has been created will appear on the following page.
C. How to Configure Next Response Bot
- Click on the Response section below.
- Then on the General tab, specify the Bot response name, Message content, Add variable (optional), Attachment (optional), Conversation tags (optional), and Additional settings (optional). You can also check the toggle to send a purchase event if there is one. When all the data has been filled in, click "Save".
