If you activate the ‘Freeze Stage’ mode in the Deals settings, then the deals cannot be changed if they are moved to a certain stage. For example, if a deal is moved to the Done/Won stage, then the deals can no longer be edited. In this case, only the Admin role can set the ‘Freeze Stage’ in Deals. - Log in to your CRM account, then select the Properties menu.

Then click the "Deals"’ tab.

Click the ‘Edit’ icon on one of the Pipelines that have been created.

Then check ‘Freeze Stage’ then click “Save pipeline”.

Next, go to the main Deals menu, then select the Pipeline that has been activated in ‘Freeze Stage’ mode.

You will see the Deals status in ‘Freeze Stage’ condition.

Click on one of the Deals to see its details. Then when you search for one of the Deals, you will see other Deals that are also 'Freeze'. In this case, the 'frozen' Deal cannot be added. This is because the data on the Deal will also change.
