How to Set Freeze Task on the Mekari Qontak CRM Task Menu

The Task menu now includes a Freeze Task function, which allows you to create workflow rules by freezing previously defined Tasks. This seeks to help the team comply with appropriate workflows and standards. To establish Freeze Task, you have to activate it in Task Settings, which can be reached via the Properties menu. A. How to Enable Freeze Task

  1. Log in to your Mekari Qontak CRM account, then select the Properties menu.
  2. After that, select the Task tab.
  3. Next, click “Freeze Task Setting”.
  4. Then you will be directed to the following display. Activate the Frozen task toggle, then select the Trigger options when performing the Freeze Task. For example, in this display the Trigger options selected are Task status. Then determine the type of status on the Task.

    Only Admin/Owner can activate the Freeze Task setting (either by exceeding the start due date or status).

  5. If all the data has been filled in, click “Save changes”.
  6. Then the following information pop up will appear stating that if you activate Freeze Task, the system settings will limit task updates until unfrozen and will be applied to all Tasks, both new and existing Tasks within 15 minutes. Click "Enable" to continue.
  7. If you want to deactivate it, you can return to the 'Freeze Task Settings' display, then deactivate the 'Enable frozen task' toggle.

    Only Admin/Owner can disable Freeze Task settings.

  8. Next the following information pop up will appear stating that if you disable Freeze Task, then task updates will be allowed and will be applied to all Tasks, both new and existing Tasks within 15 minutes. Click "Disable" to continue.
  9. In addition, you as the Admin/Owner role can also re-edit the Freeze Task Settings by returning to the display and editing.
