Creating a new pipeline in the Ticket module aims to make it easier for you to categorize the list of Tickets that must be completed. Here are the steps.
- Log in to your CRM account, then select the Properties menu.
- Then select the "Tickets" tab.
- Then click the "Pipeline" tab and select "Create New Pipeline" as follows.
- Then fill in the Pipeline Name (pipeline name), Stage Name, and Stages percentage. If you want to add Stages, click "Add New Stages".
- Then click "Create Pipeline".
- Next, return to the Ticket menu, and you can see the pipeline that has been created through the following filter column.
