How to Create a New Pipeline in CRM Ticket Module

Creating a new pipeline in the Ticket module aims to make it easier for you to categorize the list of Tickets that must be completed. Here are the steps.

  1. Log in to your CRM account, then select the Properties menu.
  2. Then select the "Tickets" tab.
  3. Then click the "Pipeline" tab and select "Create New Pipeline" as follows.
  4. Then fill in the Pipeline Name (pipeline name), Stage Name, and Stages percentage. If you want to add Stages, click "Add New Stages".
  5. Then click "Create Pipeline".
  6. Next, return to the Ticket menu, and you can see the pipeline that has been created through the following filter column.
