How to Create a New Deal Pipeline on Qontak CRM

Creating a new pipeline aims to make it easier for you to categorize the list of Deals that must be completed. Here are the steps.

  1. Log in to your CRM account, then select the Properties menu.
  2. Then select the Deals menu.

  3. After that, click “Create new pipeline”.

  4. Next, fill in the following columns. For more details, below is an explanation of each column in the New Pipeline.

    Keterangan:
    No Nama Fitur Penjelasan
    1 Pipeline Name Name of the pipeline.
    2 Stage Name Stage name.
    3 Persentase Deal Percentage of deals in progress.
    4 Freeze Stage Pick the following toggle if deals can no longer be changed if they reach or are moved to a certain stage.

    For example:
    If a deal is moved to the Done/Won stage, the deals can no longer be edited.
    5 Start to rotting in day After the toggle is activated, your Pipeline will remind you of deals that have not been touched during the specified day period.
    6 Start to rotting in time Once the toggle is activated, your Pipeline will remind you of deals that have not been touched for a specified period of time.
    7 Add Deal Stage Add a new stage to a deal.
    8 Pipeline Team The team that is part of a pipeline.
    9 Create Pipeline Confirm the creation of a new pipeline.
  1. The Pipeline that has been created will then appear on the Deals page as shown below.
