You can now automatically and safely request assistance from the Mekari Qontak support team. In this situation, our internal support team will assist you with onboarding, activation, and other troubleshooting procedures, and you are not required to submit any credentials to our team. This seeks to provide security, compliance, and transparency.
For this reason, we have implemented a flow from a feature called 'Mekari Consultant' on Mekari Qontak to help you resolve any issues that may occur. Check out the implementation of our team's management consulting flow through the following steps.
- Please contact our support team first via email.
- Then, you will receive the following email. In the example below, our internal team will request your Admin role access to be able to perform system configuration on User Management as well as setup reports to optimize workflow and ensure smooth integration through Mekari Qontak services.
- If the application is in accordance with your policies, click “Approve” to agree to grant access to our team.
The email will expire in 24 hours.
- Then you will be directed to the following page on the Mekari Qontak account which indicates that the access request has been approved. In this case, our internal team can access your Mekari account for a specified duration.
If the access submission email has expired, you will be redirected to the following page. In this case, you can contact our team again via email to send a new approval email.
- Then, you will receive another email stating that the access request has been approved.
