How to Check CID on the CRM Menu

Currently, you can easily check the CID or Company ID through the left side menu on Mekari Qontak CRM. Learn more in the steps below.

  1. Log in to your CRM account.
  2. Then you can automatically see the Company ID on the left side menu at the bottom as shown in the following display.
