How to Check Company ID (CID) on Omnichannel Menu

Currently, you can easily check your CID or Company ID via the left side menu on Mekari Qontak Omnichannel. Learn more in the steps below.

  1. Sign in to your Omnichannel account.
  2. Then on the left side menu at the bottom, click the ‘Expand’ arrow icon to see the CID.

  3. Then automatically your Company ID will look like this.
