Currently, you can create a Recipient List Broadcast automatically through contacts that have been saved in the Contacts menu in Mekari Qontak Omnichannel. In this case, you can directly access it through the “Select Contact” tab on the Recipient List page. See the full explanation below.
- Login to your Qontak Omnichannel account.
- Go to the Broadcast menu, then select the Recipient tab.
- Then, click "Create recipient list", then select "Select contacts".
- Next, you will see a preview of the saved Contact list. Choose the contacts you want.
- In addition, you can also filter by name, phone number or custom fields. Click the “filter icon” as follows.
- Then click "Add filter". Then several filter options will appear that can be used.
- Next, select one of the filter columns that you want.
- After selecting a filter based on the category you want, select the variable identifier that suits your needs.
- Variable Identifier is used to describe the filter category that has been selected. Here's an explanation for the variable identifier:
a. "Is": Checks the filter keyword correctly.
b. "Is not": The keyword in the filter becomes an 'exception' from the filter results.
c. "Contains": Checks whether the filter keyword contains a certain substring or element.
d. "Does not contain": Checks whether the filter keyword does not contain a certain substring or element.
- For example, you choose the Contact name filter with the Variable Identifier 'is'. Then in the selected contact name, the system will check whether the contact name is the correct filter keyword. - Then fill in the keywords you want in the available column. Then adjust it to the filter you have selected, and click "Add".
- Then click "Apply filter". In this case, data that matches the keywords that have been listed in the filter column will be displayed on the right side of the Select contacts menu.
- To change the filter to a Recipient List, manually check the contacts you want one by one.
- You can also click “Select all contacts”.
- If the filter result or the total number of stored contacts is more than 50,000, the “Select all” button will only select the first 50,000 contacts. - Next, click "Add" if you have selected a contact.
- Then the following information box will appear. Fill in the Recipient list name in the following column, then click "Save".
- Then the Recipient list will be saved on the following page.
- Recipient lists with a large number of contacts will take longer.
- You can monitor the status on the Recipient list page.
- Then the following information box will appear. Fill in the Recipient list name in the following column, then click "Save".
