In Qontak CRM, you can now add address details such as province, city, sub-district and postal code. You can then enter the address when creating new Deals or new contacts. Here are the steps.
A. Displaying Address on Deals Form
- Go to the Properties menu.
- Select the Deals tab and click “Update Pipelines for Deals”.
- Click “Edit” on the properties address that you want.
- A pop up will appear, you can check to Add help text if you want to add information at the bottom, Deal details popup if you want to display it on the deals detail popup, and Deal list view if you want to display it on the deals view.
- In the Pipeline section, if the address is not required in the pipeline then click the “strip” icon.
- However, if the address is required for a specific pipeline, you can select the desired pipeline.
Check Required if the address is mandatory when creating Deals.
B. Setting Addresses in the Contact, Tasks and Companies menus
- Go to the Properties menu.
- Select the Contact tab and click “Edit” on the Address field you want.
- In the pop up that appears, you can check “Set as required” if the field must be filled. Check “Contact creation page” if you want the field to appear when creating a contact. Check “Contact editing page” if you want the field to appear on the edit contact page.
You can make changes on the Tasks/Companies tab with the same steps.
And click “Save changes” to save.
