Deal size label is a feature of Qontak CRM that allows you to customize the labels/units for the numbers that appear in the deal index and default report (sales performance & deals by stage report). This feature allows you to use various labels/units according to your needs. Here are the steps.

A. How to Activate Deal Size Label Modification

1. Enter the Properties menu.
2. Then select the "Deals" tab.
   
3. Then click “Update Properties for Deals”.
   
4. And you will go to the Deals - Properties page, then click "Edit" in the Currency section.
   
5. Then delete the pipeline listed in these properties as follows. And click “Save changes”.
   
6. Then still in the Properties menu, you can select the Settings tab.
   
7. Then check "Hide size unit" at the bottom and click "Save changes".
   
   

   Changes take 15 minutes.

B. How to Change the Deal Size Label

1. Next, you can modify the size of the deal unit/label by going to the Properties menu and clicking the "Deal locale" tab.
   
2. In the Unit/Label Size column, enter the unit/label you need such as Kg, Ton, Gr or you can also enter it only in number form then click "Save changes".
   
3. Then the unit/label size that you change will appear on the Deals page like this.
   
4. The modified unit/label size can also be seen in the Default Report (Sales Performance and Deals by Stage Report).
