Admin Access Overview

In the use of the Chat Panel, Admin is one of the roles that can access the chat panel with the following conditions:

  1. Go to page https://chat.qontak.com/login. Enter your Username and Password, then click Login.

  2. You will be directed to the main Omnichannel page.

    Admin can access Inbox, Broadcast, Contact, Chatbot, Reports, Finance and Channel Integrations

  3. Under the conditions, Admin cannot access online/offline status or room history in the inbox form.

  4. In the Channel Integrations Menu, there are several channels that can be managed by the admin.

    Here's an explanation of each channel:
    1. On the Channel Integrations Webchat Menu, there are several conditions where the Admin can manage data such as Add New and Settings.

    Update Widget Status, Update Widget Name and Update Widget Domain.

    2. On the Whatsapp Channel Integrations Menu, Admin can manage data such as Whatsapp Add Account, and Whatsapp Settings.
    3. On the Facebook Channel Integrations Menu, Admin can manage data such as Facebook Add Account, Facebook Disconnect Account, and Facebook Open Messenger.
    4. On the Instagram Channel Integrations Menu, Admin can manage data such as Instagram Add Account, and Instagram Disconnect Account.
    5. On the Channel Integrations Email Menu, Admin can manage data such as Email Add Account, Email Disconnect Account, Email See Data, and Email Update Data.
    6. On the Telegram Channel Integrations Menu, Admin can manage data such as Telegram Add Channel, Telegram Disconnect Channel, and Telegram Settings.

    Telegram Update Token, Telegram Update Username, and Telegram Update Name.

    7. On the Channel Integrations Twitter Menu, Admin can manage data such as Twitter Add Account, Twitter Disconnect Account.
    8. On the Channel Integrations Line Menu, Admin can manage data such as Line Add Account, Line Disconnect Account and Line Settings.

    Line Update Channel Name, Line Update Channel Secret, Line Update Token.

    9. On the Channel Integrations Livechat Menu, Admin can manage data such as Livechat Add Account and Livechat Disconnect Account.
    10. On the Qontak CRM Channel Integrations Menu, Admin can manage data such as Qontak CRM Add Account, Qontak CRM Disconnect Account  

  5. In the Settings Menu, admins can also access several Settings Menus, such as the following:

    2. Access Settings - Agent Management.
    3. Access Settings - Chat.
    4. Access Settings - Contact.
    5. Access Settings - Score.
    6. Access Settings - Ticket.
