Supervisor Access Overview

In the use of the Chat Panel, Supervisor is one of the accesses used in accessing the chat panel with the following conditions:

  1. Go to page https://chat.qontak.com/login. Then enter the Username and Password. Then click "login".

  2. You will be directed to the main Omnichannel page.

    Supervisors can access Inbox, Broadcast, Contact, Chatbot, Reports, Finance and Channel Integrations.

  3. Under the conditions, Supervisors can also access online/offline status and room history in the inbox form.

  4. In the Channel Integrations Webchat Menu, Supervisors can only open the settings form without taking any action.

  5. On the Whatsapp Channel Integrations Menu, Supervisors can only open the settings form without taking any action.

  6. On the Facebook Channel Integrations Menu, Supervisors can only open messenger.

  7. On the Instagram Channel Integrations Menu, Supervisors can only open the Instagram form to view registered Instagrams.

  8. On the Channel Integrations Email Menu, Supervisors can only open detailed email information that has been registered.

    Click an email > then the system will open the Email Account Information form.

  9. On the Telegram Channel Integrations Menu, Supervisors can only open the settings form without taking any action.

  10. On the Twitter Channel Integrations Menu, Supervisors can only see the twitter form.

    If you want to integrate Twitter, then you can click "+Add Twitter Account".

  11. On the Channel Integrations Line Menu, Supervisors can only open the settings form without taking any action.

    If you want to integrate Line Messenger, then you can click "+Add Line Account".

  12. On the Channel Integrations Livechat Menu, Supervisors can only open Livechat without taking any action.

  13. On the Qontak CRM Channel Integrations Menu, Supervisors can only open Qontak CRM without taking any action.
