How to Set CES Score

To measure how many customers are interacting with your business, you can enable CES or Customer Effort Score. To enable it you can set it, you can follow the steps below.

  1. Go to Setting menu, and click Score.

  2. After that, click CES tab.

  3. Here's what CES looks like in the Score menu section.

  4. Switch the Customer Effort Score toggle button to "ON".

  5. Fill in the Main Question.

  6. Fill in the Scale Answer.

  7. Pick a Follow-up Question preference.

  8. Fill in a customized Message sent to customers, Header, and Thank you message in each field.

  10. You can also disable CES by sliding the toggle switch to OFF on the CES page.
