How to Submit Media in the Qontak Mobile Version

Inbox is a feature of Qontak's Omnichannel where customer service will serve all user complaints in the form of incoming messages.

Here are some of the media provided in sending messages to the Inbox.

  1. Open the Qontak Chat app on your smartphone, then enter your email address and password. Press "Login" to enter.

  2. In your inbox view, select an incoming message that you want to send media to.

  3. Next, you can click the "Attach" icon as shown in the following image.

  4. Then, a pop-up menu will appear. You can choose one of the media that you want to send to the customer.

Description:

Camera: Send a picture message by clicking on Camera and the camera will automatically allow you to take pictures on your smartphone.
Photo: Send a picture message by clicking Photo. You are free to choose which photos you send.
Video: Send a video message by clicking Videos. You are free to choose which photos and videos you will send.
Audio: Send a voice message by clicking Audio. You are free to choose which audio you want to send.
Document: Send a document message by clicking Document. You are free to choose which documents you will send.
