How to View the Web Version of Tasks

The Task is a Qontak CRM feature where users can list and report their activities. These activities can be in the form of planned visits or visits, follow-ups, and others.

To view the Tasks view on the Web, you need to follow these steps:

  1. Go to https://www.qontak.com/login in your browser (Safari, Chrome, or Firefox) on your computer. Then enter your Username and Password and click "Login".

  3. The following is a web view that appears after you click the Task menu with the features provided.

    1 Add a Task To add tasks one by one or bulk upload.
    2 Download To download the task in excel format.
    3 Bulk Change To change the owner of the task in large quantities at once.
    4 Delete To delete multiple selected tasks at once.
    5 List View To change the appearance of the Tasks in the form of a list (as in the picture).
    6 Calendar View To change the appearance of the Tasks in the form of a list (as in the picture).
    7 Board View To change the appearance of Tasks in the form of a board.
    8 Filter To view tasks with certain settings.
    9 Search To search for tasks by name.
    10 Show To set how many tasks are displayed on one screen.
    11 Quick Add To quickly create a new task.
    12 Edit To change or update a task.
    13 Delete To delete a task.
    14 Page Shows how many pages of the Tasks are displayed from the entire Tasks page.
