Settings is a feature where customers can control or adjust the Qontak Omnichannel.
To create HSM Template Settings on the Web, you need to follow these steps:
Open your Omnichannel Account.
Select the Settings menu, then click inbox.
Click “Auto Responder” to display the Autoresponder template, and click "Save".
There are 2 types of responders, namely autoresponder templates during office hours and autoresponder templates outside office hours, both types have an "ON/OFF" button where when switched to ON, the responder will automatically work, and if switched to OFF the autoresponder will not work.
