How to Add Contact on Mobile Version

Adding a “Contact” database to the CRM dashboard can also be done through the mobile application. Here are the steps to add contacts to your CRM account via the mobile application.

  1. Open the “Qontak CRM” Application on your mobile application and enter the Username and Password.
  2. Select the “Add Contact” icon then select the “One Contact” dropdown.
  3. Fill in the Contact Form with the data you want. If you have filled out the contact form then click the “Check” mark to save the data.

    Columns marked (*) are mandatory to be filled in.

  4. Click "OK" if a popup appears as shown below.
