Adding a “Contact” database to the CRM dashboard can also be done through the mobile application. Here are the steps to add contacts to your CRM account via the mobile application.
- Open the “Qontak CRM” Application on your mobile application and enter the Username and Password.
- Select the “Add Contact” icon then select the “One Contact” dropdown.
- Fill in the Contact Form with the data you want. If you have filled out the contact form then click the “Check” mark to save the data.
Columns marked (*) are mandatory to be filled in.
- Click "OK" if a popup appears as shown below.
